Ratings and review counts are the platform's own verified-booking figures, printed as the operator reports them. Where a listing is silent - group size, wheelchair access - we write that it is silent rather than guessing.
Geographic facts - the height of the Sella del Diavolo, the reach of the Poetto, the names of the coves - are checked against primary sources each quarter.
